DO YOU HAVE A SHOP I CAN VISIT?

Unfortunately we do not have a physical shop at present, however we do sell online via our website and eBay. We are keen to look into this in the future though.

WHAT IS YOUR CALL OUT FEE?

Our call out fee is £40.00 within a 20 mile radius.

WHAT IS COVERED WITH A CALL OUT FEE?

This can be from needing help from your bedside and losing a remote down the side of your bed, to needing emergency assistance with your mobility scooter - we really are flexible when you need our help.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major debit cards and also use PayPal via our website.
In addition to this, if you find it easier to do so, you are able to pay over the phone with a debit card and we will do your order manually.
We also accept cash if you do not have access to online banking.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU TO REPAIR MY MOBILITY SCOOTER?

We always aim to repair your mobility scooter upon arrival, however as you can appreciate this sometimes is not always possible. If we take your mobility scooter back to our workshop, we aim to get this back to you as soon as possible as we do not like to have you without one.
If for any reason you require parts to fix your mobility scooter, we will contact you prior to doing anything unless you've already confirmed to go ahead with it.
