Had problem with my Liteway 6, phoned Aaron and he allowed me to drop scooter to him that day.
He phoned the same evening (Thursday) with details of the faults, gave him the go-ahead and he ordered the parts, he telephoned Saturday afternoon to advise it was ready, went and collected and very pleased with the reasonable price chaged. Will recommend this company to all my fellow mobility scooter users in St Neots
Aaron is super helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help me diagnose and fix my wheelchair remotely (even recommending that a cheaper part may be the issue when I was preparing to buy a different one from him). Needed a complete overhaul of my electric wheelchair. Very reasonable costs. Was able to replace both large batteries, noticed cracked wheel and even tested charger for me. Great diagnostics and fair pricing. He has serviced my scooter in the past also. The only person I would trust. He keeps you informed at every stage. Great customer service.
Aaron is very knowledgeable about everything mobility wise. He managed to sort out my nans scooter within 24 hours..picked up, diagnosed problem, fixed and returned within this time! Wouldn't go anywhere else now and would highly recommend to anyone! A wonderful credit to the mobility industry!!
I had Aaron's Mobile Mobility out to replace a battery and service my mother's scooter. He was very thorough with his inspection and maintenance. A long with good advice and practices to prolong the life of the battery & scooter we were impressed with his visit and work.

I needed the help of a professional mobility repairer for my power chair which had stopped working and I relied on 24/7.
However due to the weekend I couldn’t get any help until I came across Aaron.
After I explained my situation, he visited my home the same afternoon, bringing with him a courtesy power chair he had in stock which I could use until mine came back after repair.
He got straight to work on my chair, giving up his weekend and had it returned to me within a 24hr period.
A very pleasant, honest and trustworthy guy to deal with and one who truly puts his customers needs first.

Aaron is a very pleasant young man, totally trustworthy. He supplied me with a wheelchair for my husband, who unfortunately did not get to use it.
He also fixed a rollator that hubby had been using, that another company said was not worth repairing, it's now working just fine.
If anyone needs mobility equipment serviced Aaron is the man for the job
Really quick to come to my mum's aid today and sorted the flat tyre on her scooter. New inner tube and checked all the others too. She was very pleased and impressed by him and his service

Aaron fixed my mum scooter today and she is so very very please it’s all fix and she back up and running thank u Aaron u have made a disabled women very happy. Aaron recently repaired and serviced a Mayfair Freerider scooter for me. The customer service was First class and his knowledge was fully comprehensive. The fast turnaround was great and certainly goes the extra mile for his customer. I would have no problems recommending Aaron to anyone looking for reliable workmanship and great customer service.
I found Aaron's number after being referred to him via Facebook and I told him I was having an emergency problem with my wheelchair and he came out within 20 minutes he was very polite and professional and he tried his very best to fix my wheelchair I was pleased with the service and I will use again in the future!

Would just like to take a moment to thank Aaron from Aaron's mobile mobility , I phoned Aaron Yesterday evening to ask his advice on a elderly friends joan mobility scooter that had been serviced by another local company (lady has used for several years ) and informed him of some issues with it starting, Aaron said he would come with me now to the address and have a look , I was very surprised with it being late and also that he was willing to look at someone else's possible mistake which I know many companies won't do . Within 2 minutes Aaron had seen what the problem was and then started work on it which took him about 30 mins , to Joan's and my amazement Aaron would not charge for this work because Joan had already paid someone that day ( no1 from Aaron's company ) wow what a bloke to do that as we all appreciate how hard it is to make a living nowadays . Joan said she will use only Aaron from now on and also recommend to all her friends and I will do the same to any1 else I know . Aaron you are a total star and if I could rate u more than 5 stars I would thank you again .
Had a scooter service yesterday & l was very impressed with the way Aaron dealt with all my questions & worries. Well worth the money & now am worry free regarding my scooter, will definitely use again in another years time

Aaron is always on time and has a can do attitude, he has diagnosed most of my scooters and repaired them to a high standard. Aaron is conscientious and will go the extra mile so that the customer is not without their scooter to long. He has a wealth of knowledge and can work on most, if not all Mobility scooters and wheelchairs
